# SCAR Advantage

SCAR Advantage is a decision intervention practice led by David Maclean and Mike Jansen, based in Cape Town, South Africa, with engagements globally. The practice works on one inherited decision that keeps stalling, escalating or reopening, and measures four things: decision speed, trigger to decision (Day 30), execution speed, decision to completed action (Day 30), executive escalation (Day 30) and financial impact verified by finance (Day 90), baselined at intake with the client finance function.
