SCAR Advantage™ is the work of David Maclean. By using this site you agree to a few simple rules: read freely, share links freely, but don't copy or repackage our methodology without permission.

SCAR Advantage™, the name, the methodology, the dashboards, the workflows, the language, and everything you see on this site, is our intellectual property. So are the trademarks, logos, and taglines.

You can use any of it inside your organisation only with a written agreement from us.

You can:

• Read and share links to public pages.
• Use materials we've licensed to you, in line with that licence.

You can't, without our written permission:

• Copy, adapt, or repurpose our content, tools, or dashboards.
• Use our materials in your own consulting, training, or products.
• Reverse-engineer the methodology to build something similar.
• Share access beyond the people we've licensed.
• Resell, sub-license, or white-label any of it.
• Strip out our branding or attribution.

Dashboard or workflow access is for your team only, inside your organisation. Don't share it externally or use it to train or certify others.

We treat what you share with us as confidential. We expect the same of our work in your hands.

If our materials are used outside what we've agreed, we'll revoke access and pursue it. These terms are governed by South African law.
